In order to meet with the Wednesday, September 21, 2016, commissioning date for Federal Low-Cost bye-past to Itoikin Road, the contractor handling the project is now working under the floodlight.

When our reporter visited the ongoing road construction around 10pm this evening, DHV Nigeria Limited workers were seen working under flood light to lay asphalt and fix other facilities on the ongoing road project to get it ready for commissioning by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode who is schedule to be represented by Alhaji Tajudeen Quadri.

As at Wednesday, August 24, 2016, when our reporters visited the site, the road was less than 50% completed.

We also gathered that Messrs Breeve Global Resources Limited, the contractor handling May Flower Circle in Ijede is also racing against Thursday commissioning date. The project was about 60% completed when visited at the end of last month.
